About FATE Therapy
FATE is an acronym (From Anxiety to Excitement) and was designed to bring therapy, neuroscience, and spirituality together into a holistic, trauma-informed approach. FATE co-creates a safe space for you to overcome unhelpful patterns, heal from traumatic experiences, and learn anxiety remedies so that you can trust more, fear less.
FATE Therapy is led with an anti-racism, intersectional approach.
I want your nervous system to know the regulation it deserved at birth. If you feel disconnected from your body and trapped in your thoughts due to anxiety, FATE Therapy is for you.
